One of my favorite happy hours in Portland… it is rare when Lisa and I are on the east side and able to take advantage, but Sunday night we just happened to be in the area after listening to a vocal concert.  The happy hour offerings include drinks and food specials like these massive nachos! $5 plus another $3 for chicken, steak or pork carnitas.  Yum!
