Lisa and I spent almost four hours at the Minnesota History Center Learning all about the winters and people and history of Minnesota. We enjoyed all the exhibits on a very rainy day so it was good to be inside.

Visiting the Mill City Museum to learn about Minneapolis and the mill industry. Today, although the mills are closed, the company continues on as General Mills. We used an Entertainment book coupon to receive a buy one, get one free discount.
A Fond Farewell
Goodbye to the Sunday morning breakfast offerings from my local Sweet Tomatoes restaurant. I received a disturbing email yesterday that stated the Sweet Tomatoes breakfast will be going away in two weeks. Since I will not be home next weekend, today was my final opportunity to indulge in this great breakfast buffet that will be shortly missed! So I bid a fond farewell and goodbye to this occasional Sunday morning treat.
One last time for the sweet cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, Belgium waffle and my favorite, the chilaquiles.

This monster was discovered at the Circus Circus Casino ice cream Deli shop. This donut kicked my butt.. could only eat half of it because it was too big! Saved the other half for the next day.
