The severe storm had us concerned,  but never really materialized as what the forecasters predicted…

Severe storms forecasted for this weekend.  We arrived at 2pm and were lucky enough to walk down to the beach  and stroll along the beach before the rains and yucky weather rolled in…

Though we didn’t stay here,  we did take the time to explore the lodge and learn about its history…
